At San Diego Orthopedics we are proud to have a wide range of medical equipment for the everyday home patients to the newly medical student or experienced surgeons. We guarantee we will do our best to obtain the product or unit you'’ve been searching for.
There are however few conditions in order for us to know exactly what you need. Such as: Brand Name, Model Number, Description and any other details that might be helpful in narrowing our search to obtaining the product especially for you.
In return we will send you a quote along with a photo of the unit to confirm our search was accurate. If you would like continue and purchase this special order we will need a 50% deposit, and further details will be explained if you do proceed to ordering.
Important Note: Special orders are indeed special meaning they pertain to one individual and there for cannot be returned. No Returns on Special Orders.
At San Diego Orthopedics we not only deliver quality products we do our best to serve in any challenges or difficulties an old worn out walker or out dated EKG might bring you. Whatever the problem we promise to find a solution, even if you didn’t purchase it from us we’'d be more than glad to repair it by the best of our experienced technicians.
For units such as monitors or powered chairs and units under warranty we need the following information: Manufacture, Model Number, Serial Number and a brief description of your troubles with the unit.
Repair Costs vary by the unit, in order for us do give an accurate cost for repair a technician must see the unit.
